This picturesque small lodge is a totally refurbished hunting and cattleman's cabin, with a massive native stone fireplace as a rustic centerpiece. The original wide-planked dining table made from huge old timbers, comfy chairs and Southwestern furnishings create a warm and inviting meeting place for your stay.

Breakfast is served at the dining table in the Welcome Cabin, and is best not missed. Innkeeper Stevie Bass is well known for her interesting menus and beautiful presentations, having spent years as a food stylist, preparing food and recipes for photography appearing in magazines, cookbooks, and advertising and editorial layouts. (Better Homes & Gardens featured the food of Red Cloud Ranch in an 18-page spread in June, '96.)

Stevie is happy to accommodate vegetarian or other dietary requests. Just mention it in the Reservation Request.

A seven person hot tub sits comfortably outside the Welcome Cabin on the adjacent deck, ready for your enjoyment. Just a few yards away is a vegetable garden, where organically grown greens are ready for picking. Want to get dirt under your nails? We welcome you and your kids to pull weeds and do some harvesting, just for fun! The garden is for all to enjoy.
