RESERVATIONS

Red Cloud Ranch is open to guests from June through early September. To make a reservation, please fill out the form below. For any further questions not covered in this website, please list them in the "Special Needs or Requests" field. You may also call 575-751-0015. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

Reservations are not confirmed until deposit has been received. Please send your deposit promptly. You will initially receive an e-mail indicating availability, total charges, and instructions for payment procedures. Once your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation and a detailed map to the ranch.

  • Cash and checks are accepted. (Sorry, no credit cards.)
  • Minimum deposit: 50% of reserved stay. Full payment required if reservation is less than five nights stay. Unpaid balance is due upon arrival.
  • Taxes will be added.
  • Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less 25%. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be retained unless your reservation is re-booked. (You may wish to purchase travel insurance to protect your deposit.)
  • A telephone is available in the Welcome Cabin if needed. Long distance charges must be on your own credit card.
  • Pets: We love pets but cannot allow them due to livestock and wildlife at the ranch.
  • Check in: after 3:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 noon
  • This is a non-smoking ranch.
